COLORNAL MAT base V2030
Description
- COLORNAL MAT V2030 is used for various durable (new and repair) exterior and interior coatings of metals (steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, copper), wood, wooden materials, mineral substrates (concrete, masonry, plaster, stone), unglazed ceramic tiles, paper. Steel and aluminum must be provided with a suitable primer (anti-corrosion) coating, e.g. AQUAREX V2115. COLORNAL can also be applied directly to older and new galvanized steel or copper, without the need for a primer, and to selected types of plastics (such as umakart, ABS, hard PVC, polycarbonate, polystyrene). COLORNAL can also be used for coatings of concrete floors, where only moderate walking (mechanical) load is applied (it has a certificate for anti-slip floors). V2030 has high weather resistance and UV radiation (does not yellow), dries quickly and creates a permanently highly flexible and durable film, which is suitable, for example, for the surface treatment of roofs (metal, concrete or fiber cement roofing). Using it on non-absorbent and smoothed concrete, glazed tiles and on concrete treated with leveling compounds reduces (may reduce) the adhesion and mechanical resistance of the paint film. For these specific uses, we therefore always recommend carrying out a practical test under real conditions. The paint is not intended for coatings that come into direct contact with food, feed, drinking water and for coatings of childrens furniture or toys.
