Colorlak PTA Toning system
The PTA (Industrial Tinting Machine) is an example of the successful application of the latest production technologies at COLORLAK. This tinting line is unique in its design, scope, and capabilities.
PTA allows COLORLAK to respond flexibly and effectively to market demands for high-quality coatings in any color range and in the required volume, and above all, it enables orders to be fulfilled in a very short time.
PTA is designed for tinting a wide range of exclusively solvent-based coatings, specifically for demanding industrial applications. The current product range includes synthetic, bake-curing, and two-component polyurethane and epoxy coatings.
The size of production batches starts at a minimum of 5 kg, and there is virtually no upper limit. The entire industrial tinting process is controlled by a computer equipped with its own sophisticated software, and its highly precise dosing allows us to prepare the desired shades with consistent accuracy.
The color scale is based on the most commonly used color charts, namely RAL, COLORLAK (based on ČSN), NCS, and others as per the customer’s request. Storing all formulas in the computer also allows for the production of custom color variants.
In addition to the standard finish, many products offer the option to select (adjust) the gloss level (from glossy to matte) according to the customer’s requirements.
Orders are typically fulfilled within 24–48 hours.
