Description
- COLORNAL POLOLESK V2030 is intended for various resistant (new and repair) exterior and interior coatings of metals (galvanized, aluminum, copper, steel), wood, chipboard, mineral substrates (concrete, masonry, plaster, stone), fiber cement boards, unglazed ceramics, paper and cardboard. COLORNAL can be used directly on older and new galvanized and copper, without a primer, and also on selected types of plastics (umakart, ABS, hard PVC, polycarbonate, polystyrene). Adhesion to aluminum must be tested in advance, otherwise AQUAREX primer should be used. Steel must be treated with AQUAREX anti-corrosion primer. COLORNAL can also be used for coatings of interior concrete floors, where there is a moderate walking (mechanical) load (it has a certificate for anti-slip properties of floors). The paint has high resistance to weathering and UV radiation (does not turn yellow), dries quickly and creates a permanently highly flexible and durable film, which is also suitable for the surface treatment of roofs (metal, concrete or fiber cement roofing). The resistance of COLORNAL paint is also evidenced by the certificate for direct contact with dry foods and it is also suitable for coating toys and products for children under three years of age, it meets the conditions of Annex No. 7 to the Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 84/2001 Coll. as amended by Decree No. 521/2005 Coll.
- When used on non-absorbent, smoothed concrete and concrete treated with leveling compounds, the adhesion and mechanical resistance of the paint film is reduced (may be reduced).
- Application on non-absorbent, power-troweled concrete or concrete treated with leveling compounds reduces (or may reduce) the adhesion and mechanical resistance of the coating film.
- "Toys and products for children" – compliance with the relevant requirements of Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 84/2001 Coll. on hygienic requirements for toys and products for children under the age of 3, as amended by Decree No. 521/2005 Coll.
- "Direct contact with food" – for the intended use, it complies with the requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council (as amended), Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 38/2001 Coll. (as amended), and Act No. 258/2000 Coll. on Public Health Protection and Amendments to Certain Related Acts (as amended).
- "Floor slip resistance – standard concrete surfaces" – tested in accordance with standard ČSN EN 13036-4 (Road and airfield surface characteristics – Test methods – Part 4: Method for measurement of slip/skid resistance of a surface – The pendulum test). Under dry conditions, the measured values meet the requirements of ČSN 74 4505 (Floors – Common provisions).
