High-quality thermal insulation of buildings can reduce energy consumption for heating by up to 60%, and in low-energy houses even by 90% compared to older construction, and that is already worth thinking about. Thermal insulation will not only ensure energy savings, but also increase the financial value of the property, the facade will get a new look, the risk of plaster cracking is eliminated and the service life of the peripheral load-bearing structures, which are protected from the effects of the weather by thermal insulation, is significantly extended.

We have been offering certified thermal insulation systems for almost 33 years, and therefore we have very rich experience and thousands of implementations throughout the Czech Republic and abroad.

Contact insulation systems EKO-STZ

Contact insulation systems (ETICS) with European Technical Assessment (ETA) according to ETAG 004 (EKO-STZ P, EKO-STZ M), are intended for insulation of external walls of both existing buildings and new buildings.

EKO-STZ P and EKO-STZ M

EKO-STZ P is an insulation system that uses EPS boards (also with graphite admixtures) as thermal insulation. In the plinth part, or below the ground, extruded polystyrene (XPS) boards or PERIMETER boards can be used. 

EKO-STZ M is an insulation system using mineral wool boards with longitudinal fiber orientation as thermal insulation. The base and surface part of the system are identical to the EKO-STZ P system. The basis for these insulation systems are brick buildings, or buildings made of monolithic or prefabricated concrete.

The final surface treatment of these insulation systems is carried out using a wide range of decorative thin-layer plasters.

Decorative plasters from COLORLAK

Our decorative plasters are offered in a wide range of structures, grain sizes and, most importantly, in a wide range of color shades. There are several thousand color shades when tinting decorative plasters and facade paints, from a wide range of sample cards and templates.

The plasters are available in acrylic (dispersion), silicone and silicone profi versions. And each of these types is further divided into 2-3 product lines according to the final structural design. At the customer's request, each of these plasters is produced in two to four different grain sizes as standard. 

ACRYLIC PLASTERS

Acrylic decorative plasters are fully washable, very resistant to weathering and UV radiation, and provide a flexible and at the same time mechanical damage-resistant finish and protection of facades. They are intended as a final surface finish for smooth surfaces of plasters, insulation systems, concrete and other mineral substrates, but also for interiors. We offer plasters under the name EKOPUTZ in a grooved (grooved) structure, KC PUTZ in a brushed (smoothed) structure.

SILICONE PLASTERS

Silicone decorative plasters are highly breathable, highly water-repellent (self-cleaning ability) and resistant to weathering with a characteristic long service life and color stability. They are intended for new buildings as well as for the rehabilitation and renovation of old buildings and listed buildings. As with facade paints, silicone variants are currently preferred for plasters, which are able to withstand increased climatic stress and air pollution, while maintaining excellent vapor permeability. We offer EKOPUTZ SILIKON plasters in a scratched structure, KC PUTZ SILIKON in a painted structure and STRUKTUR PUTZ SILIKON in a painted structure with a finer finish.

SILICONE PLASTERS PROFI

Silicone decorative plasters PROFI are characterized by even higher and longer resistance and stability than SILICONE PLASTERS. They are highly breathable, highly water-repellent (self-cleaning ability) and weather-resistant with a characteristic long service life and color stability. They are intended for new buildings as well as for the rehabilitation and renovation of old buildings and listed buildings. We offer EKOPUTZ SILIKON PROFI plasters in a scratched structure, KC PUTZ SILIKON PROFI in a painted structure and STRUKTUR PUTZ SILIKON PROFI in a painted structure with a finer finish.
