House facade painting - a solution for a new building or an older house.

Our silicone facade paint FASIKON PROTEKT E0211 is used for coating and protecting new or renovating older facades. FASIKON PROTEKT is a facade paint with reinforcing microfibers and encapsulated biocides and is intended for use in exteriors or interiors, for coating mineral substrates, lime, lime-cement, brisolite and gypsum plasters, masonry, etc. FASIKON PROTEKT can be used for renovation coatings of acrylic and silicone facade paints as well as decorative plasters of thermal insulation systems (ETICS).

FASIKON PROTEKT effectively solves renovation and new protective coatings of facades.

Reinforcing microfibers help to bridge non-dynamic cracks. Encapsulated biocides significantly improve the resistance of the paint film against biotic attack (TP7), such as algae. The facade paint is thus better and longer protected against algae and mold than with conventional facade paints. The renovation silicone facade paint FASIKON PROTEKT is characterized by high vapor permeability for water vapor, a significant self-cleaning ability of the paint film with a long service life even under difficult climatic conditions.

Coating/protection of new facade:

Apply silicone penetration PENSIKON E0604 to a properly prepared facade and let it dry for 12 hours.
FASIKON PROTEKT is applied with a roller in two to three layers (depending on the selected color shade or with respect to the shade of the substrate). FASIKON PROTEKT is applied with an interval of at least 6 hours between coats. The recommended dilution during application is 0-0.05 liters of water per 1 kg of paint. Drying time is approximately 6-12 hours depending on the temperature and humidity of the air. The recommended application temperature of the environment, substrate and paint is +5 °C to +25 °C and the relative humidity is max. 75%. FASIKON PROTEKT must not be applied in direct sunlight, high substrate temperatures, rain and strong wind.

Renovation coating / protection of an old biologically contaminated facade:

Biological contamination of the facade needs to be removed in a quality manner, and this is done with FAÇADE CLEANER V1920 or FAÇADE CLEANER CONCENTRATE V1923. According to the recommendations, FAÇADE CLEANER is applied to the contaminated facade and left to act, preferably for 48 hours. Then the facade is washed with pressure water and left to dry.
Silicone penetration PENSIKON E0604 is applied to the properly prepared facade and left to dry for 12 hours.
